  The West Texas Mortgage Bankers Association is excited to host an engaging discussion focused on one of the most important aspects of the lending process - appraisals.

  Our expert panel, moderated by Jessie Ruckel, will feature local appraisal professionals Brian Sikes, Dustin Jones, and Charla Parsons, who will share their perspectives on today's appraisal landscape, common challenges, industry trends, and best practices for working through valuation issues.

  Whether you're a lender, Realtor®, builder, title professional, or industry partner, this is a great opportunity to gain valuable insight, ask questions, and connect with fellow professionals.

• Food2Kids - Golf Tournament

  This year we are once again proud to benefit South Plains Food2Kids, a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit on a mission to end weekend hunger on the South Plains by sending nutritious, shelf-stable bags of food home with children each Friday — so they’re able to come to school ready to learn on Monday morning. Food2Kids currently serves 2,250 children and youth across Lubbock ISD, Frenship ISD, New Deal ISD, and New Home ISD. 

  Every swing you take on August 26th helps keep those weekend bags filled. Each snack bag costs about $4 to fill — roughly $160 per child per year — meaning your $600 team entry alone can make a meaningful impact for dozens of kids.
