Ryan is a partner with Black, Mann & Graham, and practices residential real estate and consumer finance law, representing clients that include many of the nation’s largest banks and mortgage companies. Prior to joining the firm, Ryan worked as a legislative aide to a United States senator who served on the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs. Ryan was charged with monitoring the progress of a variety of policy issues and briefing the senator on a legislative portfolio covering several topics including issues coming before the U.S. Senate Banking Committee.
Ryan is actively involved in many trade associations and currently serves as the Associate Vice Chair to the MBA’S MORPAC Committee. Ryan is licensed to practice law in Texas and the District of Columbia and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
